 Bovis Lend Lease entered the Russian market in 1992, providing Project and Construction Management services on large-scale real estate, infrastructure and industrial projects. We currently employ about 200 highly experienced multidisciplinary staff and our team comprises a mix of experienced multi-lingual Russian specialists and international staff.
We have completed over 70 projects for clients including local developers such as RBI, East Line, as well as major international corporations such as Mars, Heinz, Pepsi, BP, Philip Morris, Volvo, Pilkington, Danfoss, LG Electronics. With our local headquarters and the main team located in Moscow, we have successfully operated in a number of cities across the region, including St. Petersburg, where we have now established presence, Yekaterinburg, Samara, Stavropol, Rostov-on-Don, etc.
Some of our largest assignments in Moscow include the project management of the new “Okhotny Ryad” Shopping Centre, 70,000 m2 of underground retail space; a multifunctional office, a retail and hotel complex on New Arbat for Lotte Group, three multifunctional high-rise projects in Moscow City and our current role of Project Manager for the construction of the Sheremetyevo 3 terminal for Aeroflot. At present we manage some of the largest real estate projects in Moscow among which are multifunctional office and hotel complexes, retail centres, high-rise developments and a transport terminal within the Moscow-City Development with a total area exceeding 1,000,000 m2.
In the Northwest region we have successfully completed construction of the Philip Morris Tobacco Factory and Volvo Maintenance Facility in Leningrad Region, as well as a luxury residential complex for RBI in St. Petersburg. We are also working on two major project management assignments in St Petersburg, Okha Centre, the biggest high-rise project in Europe for Gazprom, and over 400,000 m2 of office and administrative buildings in the city centre.
Our key sectors in Russia include industrial, aviation, multifunctional, offices, retail, hotels, leisure and residential.
Bovis Lend Lease have a full Russian design and construction license, allowing the company to operate across the Russian Federation providing our expertise through a wide range of fee based services tailored to meet the specific requirements of the Client, including Project Management, Construction Management, Development Management and Consultancy Services including Program Management, Design Management, Zakazchik (client’s representative) and Technical Supervisor (Technadzor). In addition, Bovis Lend Lease has the capacity to deliver an integrated Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management Service (EPCM) for Industrial Sector clients.
