Currently under Bovis Lend Lease Tampa management is Signature Place in St. Petersburg, a 36-story, 715,000 square foot residential tower, which will contain 246 one-, two- and three-bedroom high-end condominium units, Market Street at Health Brook in Ocala, FL, a 630,000 square foot open air shopping center and the Charlotte County Jail Expansion Project in Punta Gorda involving renovation/additions to numerous components of the facility.
Bovis Lend Lease has completed projects throughout Florida ranging from a staff extension assignment at the Miami Seaport Redevelopment to the Four Seasons Hotel & Tower mixed-use development. Specifically in Tampa, Bovis Lend Lease has completed the following projects:
