Currently under Bovis Lend Lease Dallas management is the Guadalupe Regional Medical Center Additions & Renovations in Sequin, Richardson Regional Medical Center 50,000 square foot Cancer Center and 47,000 square foot Acute Care Hospital in Richardson, Prairie Crossing, a four-story residential building wrapped around a five-level garage in Farmers Branch, BP Project Rodeo - IST Building Helios Plaza in Houston involving numerous projects for the campus redevelopment including the restacking 20 floors of office space, a new 1,700-vehicle parking garage, new facilities and upgrading of the campus infrastructure, parking, roadways and landscape and the WinStar Hotel in Thackerville, OK.
