Online Application

The first stage in applying for our Graduate Programme is to complete the online application form. Filling in the form you might think is the easy part, but that doesn't mean you should dash off the application like you would an email to a friend. Remember - more candidates get rejected at the application stage than at any other part of the recruitment process so it’s worthwhile preparing and spending time on this stage, ensure that you fully answer each question, and try not to miss anything out. If we’ve asked for a piece of information there will be a good reason.
Once we have received your application it will be reviewed immediately and we will normally come back to you within a week to let you know if you will be invited to take part in the next stage of the recruitment process.
We are not currently taking applications for our Graduate Programme. Please check back regularly in case this changes.
Telephone Interview

Our telephone interviews usually take around 20 minutes, and you will be able to select a time convenient for you. We try to ensure all telephone interviews are completed within two weeks of application.
If your telephone interview is successful you will then be invited to one of our Assessment Centres.
Assessment Centres

Our Assessment Centres are full day events and will usually include a selection of the following:
|
Competency based interview
Presentation
Group exercise
Analytical skills testing
In-tray exercise
Full details of your assessment centre will be provided to you if you make it through to this stage.
Final Interview

If you are successful at the Assessment Centre we’ll then invite you to attend the final stage of the process which will be an interview with one or more of our business units.
