Career History:
Joined Bovis Lend Lease in March 2000 as Quality & Environmental Manager. Later progressed to Project Director and has recently taken the post of Human Resources Manager for Iberia.

Prior to joining Bovis Lend Lease Linas worked in Lithuania and Columbia, before moving to Spain and joining the Instituto de Empresa IE.
Why did you decide to join Bovis Lend Lease?
I wanted to work in a multinational company and develop my leadership, communication and management abilities.
What does your job involve?
As a member of the Spanish Management Board, I’m responsible for the management of the regions resources, including: recruitment, training, induction, the appraisal process, our salary and bonus structures and providing general personnel support.
Can you give an example of a project you have worked on recently?
I was Project Director on a PFI project for Sanitas (Bupa) - the construction of a new hospital in Manises, Valencia. Bovis Lend Lease provided a Project Management service. The construction cost of the project was €50 million. The scope of this project included the preconstruction phase (design, procurement, and start-up), the construction and post-construction phases.
